Payment Methods
Prospera accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card.
When to Expect Your Order
Prospera offers free shipping for all ground shipment within the 48 continental United States. You can expect delivery of most items within 5-7 business days of your order. Prospera also offers USPS Priority Delivery for some products which typically takes 2 business days to arrive your destination.
Sales Tax
Prospera endeavors to comply with all sales tax laws. The sales tax calculated during checkout is an estimate, and may vary slightly when your order is processed. CA state taxes 9% will be collected during the check out.
International Orders
Prospera is pleased to provide our international shoppers with the perfect customer experience . Please email or call in for shipping quote.

Shipping and processing
Free Ground Shipping on all items to the 48 continental United States.
We offer to all Prospera customers FREE standard ground shipping within the 48 continental states. If orders need to be expedited, please email us to request quote cost.
Hawaii and Alaska, and all international purchases are subject to shipping and freight fees. International customers may also need to pay Custom tariffs when goods cross border. Please either email us or call us to ask for quote before purchases, so you are aware of the cost.

Standard Delivery
You can expect delivery of most items within 5-7 business days of your order. Some items may arrive early within 2 business days.
Note: All items are shipped from our warehouses in California.
